ABOUT DANCING SPIRIT

I got into greeting card design for a number of reasons. I have always been a bit of a 'card-freak' - often taking longer to pick out cards for birthdays and holidays than I took to find the gifts. The level of expression of a good greeting card with a heartfelt message written inside is something that speaks to me deeply. I have been making my own cards for many years, and when I discovered metal foil I knew that I had found my niche, and was ready to share my work with the world.

Every Dancing Spirit item is handmade by me, and each is an original - no two are exactly alike. I begin by embossing or inscribing metal foil with words, phrases, quotes, and symbols that speak to me and promote my philosophy of life. I then hand-select special papers and accent materials, most of which are handmade, to complement each card individually.

I choose only the highest quality materials for my products. All cards are made out of extra-heavy "duplex" cardstock, and each one is white or ivory inside, allowing for easy message writing. My journals use only acid-free filler papers to ensure their durability.

My vision for my life is to create a world community of dreamers living our dreams. I believe that the products I create with Dancing Spirit are a step in that direction. Thank you for your support.
